| Q: What if I want to return something? A: Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes we just can not please all our customers and some customers are just not satisfied with a product after receiving it. You can return any product for any reason for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted, or refunds will be allowed. Returned items must be in original unused mint condition, in the original packaging. You will be refunded what you paid after deducting shipping cost , and the customer is responsible for return shipping. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within second day of receiving your return.
